Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kinerja keuangan dari Tjokro Hotel Klaten menggunakan rasio keuangan sebelum masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2019 dan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dalam analisis pembahasannya. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi, dimana penulis telah mendapat dokumen laporan keuangan Tjokro Hotel Klaten tahun 2019 dan 2020, memperoleh informasi mengenai profil hotel secara umum, serta gambaran bisnis Tjokro Hotel Klaten selama masa pandemi. Untuk pengumpulan data sekunder, penulis menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, dimana penulis mengumpulkan dan mengolah informasi yang didapat dari buku-buku dan berbagai laporan yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang penulis bahas, berupa jurnal, surat kabar, serta artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini sangat membawa dampak negatif bagi usaha yang dimiliki Tjokro Hotel Klaten. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penurunan beberapa rasio likuiditasnya, penurunan beberapa rasio profitabilitasnya, serta penurunan rasio efisiensi penggunaan asetnya. Selain itu, pandemi juga membuat pengelolaan modal hotel ini semakin memburuk, yaitu dalam rasio struktur modal dengan meningkatnya Debt Ratio senilai 3% dibandingkan tahun 2019 yang sebelumnya sudah sangat tinggi, menjadi lebih tinggi lagi di tahun 2020. / This study aims to determine the results of the financial performance analysis of Tjokro Hotel Klaten using financial ratios before the 2019 Covid-19 pandemic and during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses primary data and secondary data in the analysis of the discussion. The primary data collection in this study used the interview method and the documentation method, where the author had obtained the financial report documents of Tjokro Hotel Klaten in 2019 and 2020, obtained information about the profile of the hotel in general, as well as an overview of the business of Tjokro Hotel Klaten during the pandemic. For secondary data collection, the author uses the literature study method, where the author collects and processes information obtained from books and various reports related to the problems the author discusses, in the form of journals, newspapers, and articles. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had a very negative impact on the business owned by Tjokro Hotel Klaten. This can be seen from the decline in several liquidity ratios, a decrease in several profitability ratios, as well as a decrease in the efficiency ratio of the use of assets. In addition, the pandemic has also made the management of this hotel's capital even worse, namely in terms of the capital structure ratio with an increase in the Debt Ratio of 3% compared to 2019, which was already very high, to be even higher in 2020.
