Abstract

Abstrak Setiap orang memiliki cara bagaimana mereka mengelola keuangannya, salah satunya melalui investasi. Dalam berinvestasi saham, diperlukan kemampuan yang memadai untuk melakukan analisis terkait kewajaran harga saham serta analisis terkait kondisi ekonomi dan keberlangsungan perusahaan. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) merupakan perusahaan di industri semen dengan pangsa pasar yang luas dan harga saham yang cukup tinggi. Analisis PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui lingkungan bisnis dan strategi perusahaan. 2) Mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan. 3) Mempelajari prospek perusahaan secara keseluruhan. 4) Mengetahui nilai intrinsik saham sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan investasi dengan metode penilaian Dividend Discount Model (DDM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan bisnis dan strategi perusahaan memiliki daya saing yang rendah, dengan tantangan utama adalah kenaikan harga bahan baku produksi dan kondisi oversupply. Kondisi keuangan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, kecuali operating profit margin dan net profit margin. Dari hasil analisis prospektif dilakukan valuasi dan diperoleh nilai intrinsik saham dalam kondisi overvalued, sehingga keputusan investasi yang dapat diambil adalah menjual atau tidak membeli saham tersebut. / Everyone has a way of how they manage their finances, one of them is through investment. In investing in stocks, adequate ability is needed to conduct an analysis related to the fairness of stock prices as well as analyzes related to the economic condition and sustainability of the company. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) is a company in the cement industry with a wide market share and a fairly high share price. The analysis of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk aims to 1) Know the business environment and company strategy. 2) Know the company's financial condition. 3) Study the company's overall prospects. 4) Know the intrinsic value of shares as the basis for investment decisions with the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) valuation method. The results of this study indicate that the business environment and strategy of the company are low competitive, with the main challenges being the rising prices of production raw materials and oversupply conditions. The financial condition shows good performance, except for the ratio of operating profit margin and net profit margin. From the results of the prospective analysis, a valuation is carried out and obtained the intrinsic value of the stock is in an overvalued condition, so that the investment decision that can be taken is to sell or not to buy the stock.
