Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, sehingga tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa SI/TI sangat mempengaruhi pola kehidupan saat ini, terutama pada dunia bisnis dan juga dunia pendidikan. MTS Negeri 1 Pati merupakan lembaga pendidikan islam tingkat menengah pertama yang sudah menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi dalam proses bisnisnya, tetapi masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam pengoptimalan sumber daya dalam pemanfaatan SI/TI pada proses bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas sekolah dalam mengembangkan proses bisnis di MTS Negeri 1 Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis value chain berbasis pendekatan Ward & Peppard. Penelitian ini menyajikan pembahasan mengenai analisis proses bisnis menggunakan analisis value chain berbasis pendekatan Ward & Peppard yang dibagi dalam dua aktivitas, dan analisis SWOT yang digunakan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal yang berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian tujuan dan keunggulan kompetitif suatu organisasi, serta pengaruh sistem informasi terhadap pengelolaan dana BOS. Diharapkan dengan adanya hasil analisis proses bisnis yang dilakukan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan SI/TI dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sekolah sejalan dengan visi dan misi MTS Negeri 1 Pati. / At this time, the rapid development of technology, so it cannot be denied that SI/TI greatly affects the current pattern of life, especially in the business world and also the world of education. MTS Negeri 1 Pati is a junior secondary level Islamic educational institution that has implemented information system technology in its business processes, but still has some shortcomings in optimizing resources in the use of SI/TI in its business processes. Therefore, this study aims to identify school activities in developing business processes at MTS Negeri 1 Pati. The research method used in this study uses value chain analysis based on the ward & peppard approach. This study presents a discussion of business process analysis using value chain analysis based on the Ward & Peppard approach which is divided into two activities, and SWOT analysis which is used to determine several internal and external factors that influence the achievement of goals and competitive advantage of an organization, as well as the influence of information systems. on the management of BOS funds. It is hoped that the results of the business process analysis carried out can have a positive impact on the development of SI/TI and can improve the quality of schools in line with the vision and mission of MTS Negeri 1 Pati.
