Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 Tentang Juknis Pengelolaan Dana BOS Reguler, Dana BOS merupakan dana yang digunakan terutama untuk mendanai belanja non personalia bagi satuan pendidikan dasar. Pada objek karya tulis ini, SD Negeri 003 Bengkong telah menggunakan sistem yang efektif dalam meminimalkan segala bentuk penyimpangan pada pengelolaan Dana BOS. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneitian karya tulis ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Studi kepustakaan adalah studi yang merujuk landasan teori terkait dengan siklus pengeluaran pada Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA). Metode wawancara adalah metode dengan pengumpulan data yang berfokus dengan berdiskusi kepada para narasumber objek SD Negeri 003 Bengkong. Pelaksanaan sistem informasi akuntansi siklus pengeluaran pada SD Negeri 003 Bengkong secara umum telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan pembelian barang dan jasa telah sesuai dengan teori dan peraturan yang ada. Peraturan yang berlaku menyebutkan bahwa untuk melakukan pembelian barang dan jasa menggunakan aplikasi SIPLah. Walaupun tidak ada peraturan resmi yang mengatur terkait banyaknya bendahara pada sebuah entitas sekolah, sebaiknya terdapat pemisahan tugas antara bendahara Dana BOS dengan operator aplikasi SIPLah agar bendahara yang sekarang sedang menjabat tidak terlalu banyak mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab. / According to Permendikbud number 6 of 2021 concerning Technical Guidelines for managing regular BOS funds, the BOS Fund is a fund used primarily to fund nonpersonnel spending for basic education units. In the object of this paper, SD Negeri 003 Bengkong has used an effective system in minimizing all forms of irregularities in the management of BOS funds. The method used in the research of this paper is the study of literature and interviews. Library studies are studies that refer to the theoretical basis related to the expenditure cycle in Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Interview method is a method of data collection that focuses on discussing with the speakers objects SD Negeri 003 Bengkong. The implementation of the expenditure cycle accounting information system at SD Negeri 003 Bengkong in general has been implemented well. The procedures used in carrying out the purchase of goods and services are in accordance with existing theories and regulations. The applicable regulations state that to make purchases of goods and services using the SIPLah application. Although there are no official regulations governing the number of Treasurers in a school entity, there should be a separation of duties between the Bos Fund treasurer and the SIPLah application operator so that the current treasurer does not carry too many duties and responsibilities.
