Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Smart Map yang berperan dalam pelaksanaan e-monitoring piutang PBB-P2 di Kabupaten Purworejo, menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Smart Map, dan menjelaskan solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Smart Map. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Metode penelitian lapangan dilakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif secara langsung dengan memanfaatkan data primer. Data primer diambil dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Smart Map dalam pelaksanaan e-monitoring piutang PBB-P2 ini dilaksanakan oleh pegawai BPKPAD Kabupaten Purworejo. BPKPAD Kabupaten Purworejo melakukan implementasi aplikasi Smart Map di 25 kelurahan di Kecamatan Purworejo pada tahun 2021. Implementasi aplikasi Smart Map di kelurahan-kelurahan yang tergolong masih cukup baru menyebabkan kurangnya informasi yang dimiliki pihak kelurahan mengenai aplikasi Smart Map. Selain itu, aplikasi Smart Map yang belum berbasis web menyebabkan belum terkoneksinya data yang ada di komputer masing-masing pegawai. BPKPAD Kabupaten Purworejo melakukan bimbingan teknis kepada pihak kelurahan terkait aplikasi Smart Map. Selain itu, BPKPAD Kabupaten Purworejo pada tahun ini juga berencana untuk memperbarui aplikasi Smart Map agar dapat berbasis web sehingga data yang diperbarui oleh pegawai di basis data SIM PBB maupun SISMIOP dapat secara otomatis terkoneksikan ke aplikasi Smart Map./ This research aims to explain the implementation of the use of the Smart Map application which plays a role in the implementation of e-monitoring of PBB-P2 receivables in Purworejo Regency, analyze the obstacles in implementing the use of the Smart Map application, and explain the solutions carried out in overcoming the obstacles in implementing the use of the application Smart Map. The research was conducted using field research methods and literature. The field research method is carried out using a qualitative approach directly by utilizing primary data. Primary data were taken from the results of interviews and observations. The results showed that the implementation of the use of the Smart Map application in the implementation of e-monitoring of PBB-P2 receivables was carried out by employees of BPKPAD Purworejo Regency. BPKPAD Purworejo Regency will implement Smart Map applications in 25 sub-districts in Purworejo District in 2021. Implementation of Smart Map applications in villages that are relatively new causes a lack of information owned by the urban village regarding Smart Map applications. In addition, the Smart Map application which is not yet web-based causes the data on each employee's computer to be unconnected. BPKPAD Purworejo Regency provides technical guidance to the sub-districts regarding the Smart Map application. In addition, this year BPKPAD Purworejo Regency also plans to update the Smart Map application so that it can be web-based so that data updated by employees in the SIM PBB databases and SISMIOP can be automatically connected to the Smart Map application.
