Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehingga terjadi penurunan kualitas sumber daya manusia akibat terbatasnya aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan. Sistem informasi akuntansi yang efektif dan efisien sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi era new normal saat ini. Salah satu cara terbaik untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia saat ini yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem penggajian yang efektif pada unit dalam organisasi. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis melakukan tinjauan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem penggajian yang diterapkan pada Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA serta pengendalian internal dalam penerapan sistem penggajian tersebut. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan studi kepustakaan, observasi langsung pada objek, dan melakukan wawancara dengan petugas yang bertanggung jawab mengurus sistem penggajian pada Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem penggajian yang diterapkan Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong Kelas IA telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2019 tentang Peraturan Gaji Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Perhitungan gaji hakim dan PNS dibedakan dalam jumlah. Selain itu, pengendalian internal telah dilaksanakan cukup baik dan berjalan sesuai SOP. / The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various problems in life, resulting in a decrease in the quality of human resources due to the limited activities that can be carried out. An effective and efficient accounting information system is very much needed in facing the new normal . One of the best ways to maintain and improve the quality of human resources today is by implementing an effective payroll system for units within the organization. This is the background for the author to conduct a review to find out how the payroll system applied to the Cibinong District Court Class IA and internal controls in the application of the payroll system. The method that the author uses in this research is by studying literature, direct observation of the object, and conducting interviews with the officer in charge of managing the payroll system at the Cibinong District Court Class IA. Based on the results of data processing, it was concluded that the payroll system implemented by the Cibinong Class IA District Court had been implemented properly in accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2019 concerning Civil Servant Salary Regulations. The calculation of the salaries of judges and civil servants is distinguished by the amount. In addition, internal control has been implemented quite well and is running according to the SOP.
