Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerimaan PBB P2 di Kabupaten Kebumen setelah menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pajak Bumi Bangunan (SIPBB) dari BPKPD Kabupaten Kebumen. Pemilihan topik penelitian ini merupakan buah dari masalah yang masih terjadi dalam kegiatan pemungutan PBB P2 yaitu kurang tercapainya target penerimaan setiap tanggal jatuh tempo pembayaran. Penelitian menggunakan data yang ada di BPKPD terkait penerimaan PBB P2 di Kabupaten Kebumen dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021. Pemilihan rentang tahun tersebut bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan penerimaan PBB P2 sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi SIPBB. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rasio efektivitas penerimaan PBB P2 Kabupaten Kebumen rata-rata selamat 4 tahun sebesar 83% dengan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah cukup efektif. Pengaruh dari penggunaan aplikasi SIPBB masih belum memberikan peningkatan penerimaan PBB P2 di Kabupaten Kebumen. Meskipun demikian, berdasarkan hasil analisis Time Series, terdapat peningkatan penerimaan PBB P2 secara masif setiap tahunnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan PBB P2 Kabupaten Kebumen dapat terus meningkat sehingga dapat mendukung pembangunan Kabupaten Kebumen menjadi lebih baik. / This study aims to determine the effectiveness of P2 PBB receipts in Kebumen Regency after using the Land Building Tax Information System (SIPBB) application from the Kebumen Regency BPKPD. The choice of the topic of this research is the result of problems that still occur in the P2 PBB collection activities, namely the lack of achievement of the revenue target for each payment due date. The study used data from BPKPD regarding P2 PBB receipts in Kebumen Regency from 2018 to 2021. The selection of the year range aims to see the difference in P2 PBB revenues before and after using the SIPBB application. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of the effectiveness of P2 PBB receipts in Kebumen Regency on average 4 years is 83% with the conclusion that can be drawn is quite effective. The effect of using the SIPBB application has not yet provided an increase in P2 PBB revenue in Kebumen Regency. However, based on the results of the Time Series analysis, there is a massive increase in P2 PBB revenue every year. This shows that the acceptance of PBB P2 in Kebumen Regency can continue to increase so that it can support the development of Kebumen Regency for the better.
