Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan dalam perekonomian Kota Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan adalah Location Quotient, Shift Share, dan Overlay. Data yang digunakan yaitu data PDRB Kota Jakarta Barat dan Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2016-2020. Hasil analisis Location Quotient yang menjadi sektor unggulan dalam perekonomian Kota Jakarta Barat tahun 2016-2020 adalah Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang; Konstruksi; Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran, Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Transportasi dan Pergudangan; Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum; Informasi dan Komunikasi; Real Estat; Jasa Pendidikan; Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial. Kemudian dalam analisis Shift Share yang menjadi sektor unggulan adalah Industri pengolahan; Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas; Transportasi dan Pergudangan; Informasi dan Komunikasi; Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi; Jasa Perusahaan; Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial; Jasa Lainnya. Sedangkan sektor unggulan berdasarkan analisis Overlay adalah Transportasi dan Pergudangan; Informasi dan Komunikasi; dan Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial. Besaran konstribusi atau peranan sektor unggulan tertinggi dan terendah untuk perekonomian kota Jakarta Barat pada tahun 2016-2020 ialah sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor (19%) dan sektor Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang (0,04%). / This study aims to determine the leading sector in the economy of West Jakarta City. In this study, the analysis used is Location Quotient, Shift Share, and Overlay. The data used are GRDP data for the City of West Jakarta and the Province of DKI Jakarta in 2016-2020. The results of the Location Quotient analysis which are the leading sectors in the economy of the City of West Jakarta in 2016-2020 are Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling; Construction; Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair; Transportation and Warehousing; Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink; Information and Communication; Real Estate; Education Services; Health Services and Social Activities. Then in the Shift Share analysis, the leading sectors are the manufacturing industry; Electricity and Gas Procurement; Transportation and Warehousing; Information and Communication; Financial Services and Insurance; Company Services; Health Services and Social Activities; Other Services. Meanwhile, the leading sectors based on the Overlay analysis are Transportation and Warehousing; Information and Communication; and Health Services and Social Activities. The magnitude of the contribution or role of the highest and lowest leading sectors for the economy of the city of West Jakarta in 2016-2020 is the Wholesale and Retail Trade sector; Car and Motorcycle Repair (19%) and the Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling sector (0.04%).
