Abstract
Sebagian besar kota di Indonesia termasuk Kota Tangerang Selatan terdampak wabah Covid-19. Salah satu contoh perubahan yang dirasakan adalah penurunan permintaan akan barang dan jasa pada beberapa sektor. Pandemi juga memberikan dampak terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kota Tangerang Selatan yang membuat perubahan pada sektor unggulan di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sektor-sektor ekonomi unggulan Kota Tangerang Selatan sebelum dan saat pandemi dengan rentang waktu antara tahun 2019 hingga 2020. analisis location quotient (LQ), analisis shift share, dan analisis Model Rasio Pertumbuhan (MRP) yang digunakan penulis untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan Kota Tangerang Selatan sebelum dan sesudah pandemi. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sektor unggulan Kota Tangerang Selatan sebelum pandemi dengan menggunakan analisis LQ yaitu kontruksi, transportasi dan pergudangan, informasi dan komunikasi, real estate, jasa perusahaan, jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial, dan jasa lainnya sedangkan sektor unggulan Kota Tangerang Selatan setelah pandemi dengan menggunakan analisis LQ yaitu kontruksi, perdagangan besar dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum, informasi dan komunikasi, real estate, jasa perusahaan, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial, dan jasa lainnya. / Most cities in Indonesia, including South Tangerang City, have experienced a significant impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. One example of the changes felt is a decrease in the demand for goods and services in several sectors. The pandemic also impacted the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of South Tangerang City, which changed the leading sector in South Tangerang City. This study aims to compare the leading economic sectors of South Tangerang City within a period between 2019 and 2020. analysis of location quotient (LQ), shift-share, and analysis of the Growth Ratio Model (MRP) used by the author to determine South Tangerang City's leading sector before and after the pandemic. It can be concluded that the leading sectors of South Tangerang City before the pandemic using LQ analysis were construction, transportation and warehousing, information and communication, real estate, corporate services, health services and social activities, and other services, while the leading sectors of South Tangerang City after the pandemic were with using LQ analysis, namely construction, wholesale and retail trade; repair of cars and motorcycles, provision of accommodation and food and drink, information and communication, real estate, corporate services, educational services, health services and social activities, and other services.
