Abstract
Terjadinya pandemi memengaruhi banyak hal dalam kehidupan, baik kehidupan masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan banyak regulasi sebagai upaya untuk menekan laju penyebaran virus dan menekan dampak akibat dari pandemi. Perekonomian pun ikut terpengaruh karena pendapatan masyarakat turun sehingga masyarakat akan menekan daya belinya. Tidak dapat dipungkiri, dampak kondisi pandemi sekarang ini juga dirasakan Kota Bengkulu. Dampak pandemi COVID-19 yang dirasakan setiap sektor ekonomi akan berbeda-beda.Serta tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadi perubahan terhadap sektor unggulan Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perubahan perekonomian Kota Bengkulu akibat pandemi COVID-19 dengan melihat pengaruhnya terhadap sektor ekonomi unggulan Kota Bengkulu serta melihat perbandingan kontribusi sektor unggulan pada tahun-tahun sebelum kondisi pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data-data yang diperoleh melalui sumber literatur yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan beberapa alat analisis untuk menentukan sektor ekonomi unggulan Kota Bengkulu pada kondisi sebelum dan saat pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa perubahan yang terjadi pada sektor ekonomi unggulan Kota Bengkulu. Beberapa sektor menjadi sektor unggulan selama pandemi terjadi. Beberapa sektor juga berubah dari yang sebelumnya merupakan sektor unggulan menjadi bukan sektor unggulan./ The occurrence of a pandemic affects many things in life, both the life of the community and the government. The government has issued many regulations in an effort to reduce the rate of the spread of the virus and reduce the impact of the pandemic. The economy is also affected because people's incomes fall so people will suppress their purchasing power. It is undeniable that the impact of the current pandemic is also being felt by the city of Bengkulu. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that will be felt by each economic sector will be different. It is also possible that there will be changes to the leading sector of Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to look at the economic changes in Bengkulu City due to the COVID-19 pandemic by looking at its effect on the leading economic sector of Bengkulu City and to compare the contribution of the leading sector in the years before the pandemic conditions. This research was conducted using data obtained through literature sources which were then processed using several analytical tools to determine the leading economic sector of Bengkulu City in conditions before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that there were several changes that occurred in the leading economic sector of Bengkulu City. Several sectors became the leading sectors during the pandemic. Some sectors have also changed from being the leading sectors to being non-leading sectors.
