Abstract

Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan sektor-sektor basis/unggulan serta menentukan sektor-sektor yang mempunyai kemungkinan menjadi sektor basis di masa yang akan datang. Setelah mengetahui sektor-sektor basis tersebut, kita berikan strategi untuk mengembangkan sektor-sektor basis di Kota Tangerang selatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan lapangan kerja untuk mesayarakat pada saat ini dan juga untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi regional. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dalam periode 2016-2020. Data tersebut adalah data PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan (ADHK) menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan (ADHK) menurut lapangan usaha di Provinsi Banten. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Analisis LQ, DLQ, Shift Share, MRP, serta Overlay. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor konstruksi, sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum, sektor jasa perusahaan, serta sektor jasa lainnya merupakan sektor yang maju dengan pertumbuhan yang dominan dan juga sangat baik untuk dikembangkan di masa depan./ This final project paper aims to identify and determine the basic/leading sectors as well as to determine the sectors that have the possibility to become the basic sectors in the future. After knowing these basic sectors, we provide a strategy to develop the basic sectors in South Tangerang City so that it can increase employment opportunities for the community at this time and also to achieve regional economic stability. In this study, secondary data was used in the 2016-2020 period. The data are GRDP at Constant Prices (ADHK) according to business fields in South Tangerang City and GRDP at Constant Prices (ADHK) according to business fields in Banten Province. The analytical model used in this study is LQ, DLQ, Shift Share, MRP, and Overlay Analysis. The results showed that the construction sector, wholesale and retail trade sector; repair of cars and motorcycles, the accommodation and food and drink supply sector, the corporate service sector, and other service sectors are developed sectors with dominant growth and also very good to be developed in the future.
