Abstract

Pandemi Covid -19 mengakibatkan hampir seluruh aktivitas perekonomian, di seluruh negara di dunia hampir lumpuh, termasuk Indonesia. Penulis akan menganalisis sektor perekonomian basis di daerah Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, untuk mencerminkan perbedaan keadaan baik sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid – 19. Metode penelitian pada karya tulis ini menggunakan Analisis LQ, Analisis Shift Share dan Analisis MRP. Analisis LQ digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh apa tingkat spesialisasi sektor perekonomian dalam suatu wilayah dengan memanfaatkan sektor basis. Shift Share membandingkan performa suatu wilayah dengan bagaimana kinerja perekonomian nasional. Analisis MRP membandingkan pertumbuhan dari sebuah sektor perekonomian dari rentang yang kecil hingga ke rentang lebih besar. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode LQ pada periode 2016 – 2019 hanya terdapat 2 sektor basis, pada 2020 terdapat 2 Sektor Basis. Berdasarkan metode Shift Share 2016 -2019 terdapat 9 sektor yang memiliki pertumbuhan progresif, pada 2020 terdapat 9 sektor pula. Berdasarkan metode MRP 2016 - 2019 terdapat 11 sektor yang memiliki hasil perhitungan RPs 1, pada 2020 terdapat 8 sektor. Covid - 19 belum mempengaruhi nilai LQ secara langsung, Mempengaruhi Nilai Shift Netto dan mempengaruhi nilai Rasio pertumbuhan wilayah studi yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya tingkat pertumbuhan suatu sektor perekonomian./ The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in almost all economic activity, in all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The author will analyze the basic economic sectors in the Bekasi regency area, West Java, to reflect the differences in circumstances both before and after the Covid – 19 pandemic. The research method in this paper uses LQ analysis, Shift Share Analysis and MRP analysis. LQ analysis is used to determine the extent to which the level of specialization of economic sectors in a region by utilizing the base sector. Shift Share compares the performance of a region with how the national economy is performing. MRP analysis compares the growth of a sector of the economy from a small range to a larger range. The results of calculations using the LQ method in the period 2016-2019 there were only 2 base sectors, in 2020 there were 2 base sectors. Based on the 2016 -2019 Shift Share method, there are 9 sectors that have progressive growth, in 2020 there are 9 sectors as well. Based on the 2016 - 2019 MRP method, there are 11 sectors that have RPs 1 calculation results, in 2020 there are 8 sectors. Covid-19 has not affected the LQ value directly, affecting the net Shift value and affecting the value of the growth ratio of the study area which affects the high and low growth rates of an economic sector.
