Abstract
"Abstrak Sumber Mata Air Umbulrejo adalah salah satu potensi alam yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Malang. Sumber Air Umbulrejo berada di Desa Maguan, Ngajum, Kabupaten Malang. Mata air ini digunakan warga sekitar untuk mengairi kolamkolam budidaya pembenihan lele. Produktivitas pertahun usaha budidaya lele di Desa Maguan adalah sebesar 120.886.212 ekor yang memenuhi mayoritas kebutuhan konsumsi benih lele di Jawa Timur, sehingga pada penulisan karya tulis kali ini penulis bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai ekonomi guna langsung dari pemanfaatan Sumber Air Umbulrejo untuk budidaya pembenihan lele menggunakan metode Productivity Approach. Selain menghitung nilai ekonomi dari budidaya pembenihan lele, dianalisis pula bagaimana pola pemanfaatan Sumber Air Umbulrejo dan karakteristik budidaya pembenihan lele disana. Nilai guna langsung budidaya pembenihan lele adalah sebesar Rp6.926.749.136. / The Umbulrejo Spring is one of the potentials natural resource in Malang Regency area. Umbulrejo Water Source is located in Maguan Village, Ngajum, Malang Regency. This spring is used by local residents to irrigate catfish hatchery cultivation ponds. The annual productivity of catfish cultivation in Maguan Village is 120,886,212 which fulfills the majority of catfish seed consumption needs in East Java, so that in writing this paper the author aims to calculate the direct economic value of utilizing Umbulrejo Water Sources for catfish hatchery cultivation using Productivity Approach method. In addition to calculating the economic value of catfish hatchery cultivation, it is also analyzed how the patterns of utilization of the Umbulrejo Water Source and the characteristics of catfish hatchery cultivation there are analyzed. The direct use value of catfish hatchery cultivation is Rp. 6,926,749,136.
