Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor ekonomi unggulan sebagai penentu utama pertumbuhan dan mengetahui Kecamatan mana yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi regional Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan metode locatient quotient, analisis shift-share, model rasio pertumbuhan, analisis overlay, dan pendekatan skalogram. Data-data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam menentukan sektor unggulan adalah data PDRB sektor ekonomi menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan Provinsi Banten selama 5 tahun terakhir yaitu 2016-2020. Data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan skalogram adalah jumlah total fasilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa perekonomian Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2016-2020 mempunyai lima sektor unggulan yaitu sektor konstruksi; real estate; jasa perusahaan; jasa pendidikan; jasa lainnya. Kelima sektor tersebut merupakan sektor basis dengan kecenderungan untuk terus tumbuh karena dinilai potensial dan propektif. Pusat pertumbuhan Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2020 yaitu Kecamatan Pondok Aren dan Kecamatan Pamulang. Sebaran kelengkapan fasilitas dan jumlah penduduk menjadikan kedua kecamatan tersebut mampu menempati hierarki I dan layak menjadi pusat pertumbuhan kota. / Study aims to determine economic sector as the main determinant of growth and to find out which sub-district is the center of regional economic growth in South Tangerang City using the locatient quotient method, shift share analysis, growth ratio model, overlay analysis, and scalogram approach. The data will be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The data used in determining the leading sector is the GRDP by business field in South Tangerang City and Banten Province for the last 5 years, 2016-2020. The data used in the scalogram approach is the total number of facilities. The results show that of South Tangerang City in 2016-2020 has five leading sectors, namely the construction sector; real estate; company services; education services; other services. The five sectors are basic sectors with a tendency to grow because they are considered potential and prospective. The growth centers of South Tangerang City in 2020 are Pondok Aren District and Pamulang District. The distribution of facilities and the number of residents makes the two sub-districts deserve to be the center of urban growth.
