Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu input dalam pertanian. Pemenuhan kebutuhan menghadapi permasalahan seperti kelangkan. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena air irigasi sering dianggap sebagai barang bebas (free goods). Hal ini dapat memicu pengunaan air yang berlebihan. Oleh karena itu, air irgasi perlu diberi label nilai ekonomi. Penilaian air irigasi dilakukan menggunakan metode residual valuation method (RVM). Metode RVM dilakukan dengan mengurangkan nilai hasil produksi dengan seluru biaya kecuali biaya air. Selain itu juga dilakukan analisis linear berganda untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi padi. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Semanding dengan melkukan kuesioner kepada sebanyak 59 petani untuk mengumpulkan data terkait hasil dan biaya produksi padi. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan diperoleh nilai air irigasi adalah Rp72,48 per m3 atau Rp1.732.086/Ha/Tahun. Sementara itu, air irgasi, luas lahan, dan pupuk phonska adalah fakor produksi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif acuan dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan air irigasi Waduk Sempor./ Water is one of the inputs in agriculture. Therefore, irrigation water needs to be labeled with economic value. Irrigation water assessment was carried out using the residual valuation method (RVM). The RVM method is done by subtracting the value of the production by all costs except the cost of water. In addition, multiple linear analysis was also carried out to find out what factors had a significant effect on the yield of rice production. The study was conducted in Semanding Village by conducting questionnaires to 59 farmers to collect data related to the yield and cost of rice production. From the results of the calculation analysis, the value of irrigation water is Rp. 72.48 per m3 or Rp. 1.732.086/Ha/Year. Meanwhile, irrigation water, land area, and phonska fertilizer are production factors that have a significant effect on rice production. The results of this study are expected to be an alternative reference in designing the irrigation water management strategy of the Sempor Reservoir.
