Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuisisi terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT Bank Jago Tbk (Dahulu PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk). Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequaty Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Biaya Operasi dengan Total Pendapatan Operasi (BOPO). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Laporan Keuangan PT Bank Jago Tbk (Dahulu PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk) untuk tahun 2018-2021. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji kolmogorov-smirnov. Selanjutnya Uji nonparametrik yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test untuk menjawab hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pengujian 5 rasio keuangan tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum akuisisi dalam periode dua tahun dan sesudah akusisi dalam periode dua tahun, artinya bahwa akuisisi tidak berpengaruh terhadap rasio kinerja keuangan perusahaan./This study aims to analyze the effect of acquisition on financial performance at PT Bank Jago Tbk (formerly PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk). Financial performance is measured using financial ratios: Non-performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequaty Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Costs with Total Revenue Operation (BOPO). This research was conducted using a quantitative method, using the Financial Statements of PT Bank Jago Tbk (formerly PT Bank Artos Indonesia Tbk) for the years 2018-2021. The normality test of the data used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Furthermore, the nonparametric test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test to answer the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the test of 5 financial ratios does not show a significant difference between before the acquisition in a two-year period and after the acquisition in a two-year period, meaning that the acquisition has no effect on the company's financial performance ratios.
