Abstract

"Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan besaran kontribusi aset tak berwujud berupa perangkat lunak khusus yang digunakan pada pengoperasian mesin bordir komputer milik CV Sanggar Bordir Kebumen. Dalam proses produksinya, perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Wilcom. Perangkat lunak tersebut berfungsi sebagai pembuat sebuah desain yang berisi perintah untuk mengatur alur jalan mesin secara otomatis mulai dari jenis, jumlah, ukuran, dan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan jahitan. Sebagai salah satu komponen utama menjadikan perangkat lunak tersebut secara fungsi tidak dapat dipisahkan. Apabila tidak ada program tersebut mesin bordir komputer hanyalah sebuah kumpulan komponen besi, plastik, dan perangkat elektronik yang tidak dapat digunakan. Dengan begitu diperlukan analisis untuk mempertimbangkan keikutsertaan dalam sebuah penilaian properti berupa mesin dan peralatan. Berdasarkan kondisi objek penelitian diasumsikan bahwa perangkat lunak tersebut memiliki kontribusi nilai terhadap nilai mesin bordir komputer, dengan menggunakan nilai perolehan perangkat lunak diketahui sebesar Rp93.000.000,00. Untuk nilai mesin bordir komputer berdasarkan pendekatan data pasar yang digunakan diperoleh nilai sebesar Rp77.367.424,00. Oleh karena itu, kontribusi nilai aset tak berwujud berupa perangkat lunak khusus wilcom pada nilai mesin bordir komputer milik CV Sanggar Bordir Kebumen sebesar 54,59%. / This study aims to determine the contribution of intangible assets in the form of special software used in the operation process of the computer embroidery machine owned by CV Sanggar Embroidery Kebumen. In the production process, the software used is Wilcom. The software functions as a design maker that contains commands to adjust the flow of the machine automatic start from the type, quantity, size, and everything related to stitches. As one of the main components, the software is functionally inseparable. Without software, a computer embroidery machine is just a collection of metal, plastic, and electronic components that cannot work. Thus, an analysis is needed to consider participation in a property appraisal in the form of machinery and equipment. Based on the condition of the object research, it assumed that the software has a valuable contribution to the value of the computer embroidery machine, using the acquisition value of the software, which is known to be Rp93.000.000,00. The value of the computer embroidery machine based on the market data approach is Rp77.367.424,00. Therefore, contributed of the value of intangible assets in the form of special Wilcom software to the value of the computer embroidery machine owned by CV Sanggar Embroidery Kebumen is 54,59%.
