Abstract

Tingkat kesehatan aspek keuangan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) merupakan hal yang penting bagi perekonomian nasional sehingga perlu diperhatikan terutama BUMN yang bergerak di sektor pengadaan listrik, gas, uap/air panas dan udara dingin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan BUMN sektor pengadaan listrik, gas, uap/air panas dan udara dingin yaitu PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Tbk dan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk untuk periode tahun 2017-2020. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk melihat kondisi keuangan perusahaan dan dan kemudian dinilai serta masuk salah satu kategori tingkat kesehatan yaitu sehat, kurang sehat, atau tidak sehat. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan aspek keuangan ini dilakukan dengan dasar Surat Keputusan Menteri Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 yang menggunakan beberapa rasio keuangan yaitu ROE, ROI, cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, perputaran persediaan, total assets turn over, dan rasio total modal sendiri terhadap total aktiva. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan aspek keuangan PT PLN dan PT PGN secara umum berada dalam kategori kurang sehat selama periode 2017-2020./The company’s financial health level of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is important for the national economy so that it is necessary to pay attention to especially SOEs engaged in the sector supplying electricity, gas, steam/hot water and cold weather. This study aims to assess the health level of SOEs in the electricity, gas, steam/hot air and cold air supply sector, namely PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Tbk and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk for the period 2017-2020. This is done to see the company's financial condition and then it is assessed and entered into one of the categories of health level, namely healthy, less healthy, or unhealthy. The assessment of the level of this financial aspect is carried out on the basis of the Minister of BUMN Decree No: KEP- 100/MBU/2002 which uses several financial ratios, namely ROE, ROI, cash ratio, current ratio, billing period, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, and total ratio. own capital to total assets. The results of this study indicate that PT PLN and PT PGN in general is in the less healthy category during the 2017-2020 period.
