Abstract

KTTA ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan kegiatan operasi pasar yang dilakukan oleh KPPBC TMP B Surakarta dalam menekan peredaran rokok ilegal. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengukuran efektivitas yaitu menggunakan indikator manual IKU dan formula perhitungan efektivitas dari ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukan angka efektivitas dari kegiatan operasi pasar yang dilakukan oleh KPPBC TMP B Surakarta mendapatkan hasil yang efektif. Hal ini karena realisasi kegiatan operasi pasar, operasi pasar yang menghasilkan penindakan, tindak lanjut penindakan, dan berbagai poin perhitungan lainnya menunjukan angka yang terus naik setiap tahun dan melalui perhitungan didapati hasil yang efektif. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Operasi Pasar, Rokok Ilegal./ This KTTA aims to analyze the effectiveness of market operations carried out by KPPBC TMP B Surakarta in suppressing the circulation of illegal cigarettes. The analytical method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative analysis method. The analytical tool used to measure effectiveness is the KPI manual indicator and the formula for calculating the effectiveness of the expert. The results showed that the effectiveness of market operations activities carried out by KPPBC TMP B Surakarta got effective results. It is because the realization of market activities, market operations that result in prosecution, follow-up actions, and various other calculation points show numbers that continue to rise yearly. Therefore, we find effective results through calculations.
