Abstract
Program Fasilitasi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PRODAMAS) adalah suatu program dari pemerintah Kota Kediri yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembangunan masyarakat ditingkat kelurahan yang berbasis di wilayah Rukun Tetangga (RT) sebagai upaya mewujudkan kemampuan dan kemandirian masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur, peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui metode studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi, didapatkan hasil mengenai fakta mekanisme dan kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan Prodamas. Hasilnya menunjukan, Prodamas di Kelurahan Mojoroto sudah berjalan dengan baik karena, sistem pemberian bantuan Prodamas yang dimusyawarahkan bersama sehingga, bantuan yang disalurkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing RT. Selain itu, dalam mengatasi penyelewengan yang terjadi maka dibentuklah tim koordinasi ditingkat kota, kecamatan, dan kelurahan. Tidak hanya pembentukan tim, melainkan peran dalam berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi atas aturan-aturan Prodamas Plus menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan./ The Community Empowerment Facilitation Program (PRODAMAS) is a program from the Kediri City government that is used to carry out community development activities at the village level based in the Rukun Tetangga (RT) area as an effort to realize the ability and independence of the community in infrastructure development, community economic improvement, and social society. From the results of research conducted through the literature study method and field studies which include interviews, observations, and documentation, results were obtained regarding the facts of mechanisms and policies in the implementation of Prodamas. The results showed that Prodamas in Mojoroto Village was running well because, the prodamas assistance system was discussed together so that the assistance distributed was in accordance with the needs of each RT. In addition, in overcoming the misappropriation that occurred, a coordination team was formed at the city, sub-district, and sub-district levels. Not only team formation, but the role in coordinating and communicating on the rules of Prodamas Plus is an important thing to do.
