Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi logic model dalam penyusunan arsitektur dan informasi kinerja KPPN Bandar Lampung tahun anggaran 2020-2021. Penerapan logic model dalam penyusunan arsitektur dan informasi kinerja dapat menunjukkan keterkaitan yang jelas antara hasil, output, aktivitas, dan input sesuai dengan indikator dan target kinerja yang telah ditentukan suatu satuan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Melalui penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa KPPN Bandar Lampung telah menggunakan pendekatan logic model dalam proses penyusunan informasi kinerja yang dimulai dari perumusan outcome hingga input. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam dokumen RKA K/L serta DIPA tahun anggaran 2021. Indikator output kegiatan tidak tertera dalam dokumen tersebut sehingga capaian output sulit untuk dibandingkan. Dalam proses penyusunan informasi kinerja, tidak terdapat masalah yang berarti tetapi kendala terjadi pada saat proses revisi dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian ini, pengimplementasian logic model dalam penyusunan arsitektur dan informasi kinerja penting untuk dilakukan agar dapat menghasilkan perencanaan anggaran yang efektif dan efisien./ This study discusses the implementation of the logic model in the preparation of architecture and performance information of KPPN Bandar Lampung for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The application of logic models in the preparation of architecture and performance information can show a clear relationship between results, outputs, activities, and inputs in accordance with performance indicators and targets that have been determined by a work unit. The research method used in this research is the method of literature and field research. Through this study it was concluded that KPPN Bandar Lampung has used a logic model approach in the process of compiling performance information starting from the formulation of outcomes to inputs. However, there are still shortcomings in the RKA K/L and DIPA documents for the 2021 fiscal year. The activity output indicators are not listed in the document so that output achievements are difficult to compare. In the process of compiling performance information, there were no significant problems, but problems occurred during the document revision process. From the results of this study, the implementation of the logic model in the preparation of architecture and performance information is important to do in order to produce an effective and efficient budget plan.
