Abstract
Penerapan aplikasi SPAN sangat menarik untuk dibahas karena aplikasi ini merupakan salah satu terobosan baru yang sangat bermanfaat dalam mempermudah prosedur kerja dan pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan penulisan karya tulis tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan aplikasi SPAN atas kinerja yang dilakukan di KPPN Malang beserta implikasi dari penggunaannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, penelitian, buku, dan literatur lain yang terkait serta laporan kinerja KPPN Malang. Selain itu juga digunakan metode penelitian lapangan melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian kinerja KPPN Malang mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sejak diterapkannya aplikasi SPAN./ The application of SPAN is very interesting to discuss because this application is one of the new breakthroughs that is very useful in simplifying work procedures and decision making. The purpose of writing this final project paper is to analyze how the SPAN application is applied to the performance carried out at KPPN Malang and the implications of its use. The data collection method used is a literature research method with secondary data obtained from journals, research, books, and other related literature as well as performance reports of KPPN Malang. In addition, field research methods are also used through observation and interviews. The results showed that the performance achievements of KPPN Malang have increased significantly since the implementation of the SPAN application.
