Abstract

Salah satu ruang lingkup dari keuangan negara adalah kewajiban negara dalam pelaksanaan tugas pelayanan umum pemerintah negara. Oleh karena itu, PKN STAN diharapkan selalu mengutamakan pelayanan pendidikan yang maksimal kepada semua pihak akademis. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan PKN STAN yaitu dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pengadaan Interior Lantai 1 Perpusatakaan PKN STAN untuk kegiatan pembenahan dan penyediaan prasarana belajar dan berdiskusi bagi para akademisi. Dalam pengadanaannya, PKN STAN diaharapkan untuk terus memperhatikan peraturan dalam pemeliharan gedung dan/atau bangunan, sehingga pemeliharannya dapat sesuai dengan standar dan persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam pedoman dan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal bagi mahasiswa, dosen, serta pihak akademis lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meninjau proses pengadaan interior Gedung P Lantai 1 yang dilaksanakan di PKN STAN, sehingga memperdalam pengetahuan dan pemahaman penulis baik secara teori dan praktik pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melalui studi kepustakaan, menganalisis data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa selama proses pengadaan Interior Gedung P Lantai 1 PKN STAN TA 2020 dan dalam penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi selama proses penentuan HPS dan Harga Perkiraan Penawaran yang terdapat ketimpangan telah menaati peraturan dan prosedur yang telah ditentukan./ One of the scopes of state finances is the obligation of the state in carrying out public service tasks of the state government. Therefore, PKN STAN is expected to always prioritize maximum educational services to all academic parties. One of the efforts made by PKN STAN is to carry out procurement activities for the Interior of the 1st Floor of the PKN STAN Library for activities to revamp and provide learning and discussion infrastructure for academics. In its funding, PKN STAN is expected to continue to pay attention to regulations in the maintenance of buildings and/or buildings, so that their maintenance can be in accordance with the standards and requirements set out in the guidelines and can provide optimal services for students, lecturers, and other academic parties. The purpose of this study is to review the interior procurement process of Building P on the 1st floor which was carried out at PKN STAN, thereby deepening the author's knowledge and understanding both in theory and practice in the implementation of government procurement of goods/services. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by going through literature study, analyzing primary data and secondary data. The results in this study note that during the procurement process for the Interior of Building P Floor 1 PKN STAN TA 2020 and in solving problems that occurred during the process of determining the HPS and Estimated Bidding Prices where there were discrepancies, they had complied with the rules and procedures that had been determined.
