Abstract
Bansos merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah untuk mengatasi dampak pandemi, namun dalam pelaksanaannya banyak bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Penyaluran BLT-Dana Desa di Kalurahan Salamrejo dari analisis fishbone dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penyaluran BLT-Dana Desa di Kalurahan Salamrejo sudah tepat sasaran yang diberikan untuk masyarakat miskin yang membutuhkan sehingga dana desa dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat yaitu taraf kemiskinan tidak memburuk dan masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Hal ini didukung penuturan masyarakat penerima yang merasa terbantu dengan adanya BLT-Dana Desa dan aparat pelaksana dalam menentukan penerima sudah sesuai kriteria. Kendala yang dihadapi dapat diselesaikan dengan baik sehingga tidak menghambat kelancaran BLT-Dana Desa. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah metode pendataan sampai penyaluran BLT-Dana Desa. Penentuan KPM sudah dimusyawarahkan di pedukuhan, sehingga penentuan KPM tepat sasaran. Selanjutnya dalam MUSKALSUS dihadirkan KPKD dan petugas pendamping PKH untuk mencocokkan data penerima bantuan. Kendala Data yang digunakan untuk pendataan yaitu DTKS tidak uptudate. Materi berupa anggaran dana desa adanya keterbatasan anggaran dari pemerintah, sehingga masyarakat tidak semua bisa mendapatkan bantuan BLT-Dana Desa. Manusia berupa komunikasi atau sosialisasi, MUSKALSUS, koordinasi dan pelaporan pertanggungjawaban. MUSKALSUS bertujuan agar dalam penyaluran BLT-Dana Desa tidak ada kendala dan tidak menjadi permasalahan di masyarakat. Machine sebagai sarana transparansi sehingga masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi sehingga BLT Dana Desa menjadi adil dan tepat sasaran. Pemerintah Kalurahan Salamrejo dapat menyiapkan data penduduk miskin di wilayah Kalurahan Salamrejo untuk memudahkan penyaluran bantuan sosial. Update data DTKS seharusnya dilakukan secara berkala oleh pemerintah sehingga memudahkan dalam penyaluran bantuan./ Social assistance is one of the government's ways to deal with the impact of the pandemic, but in its implementation a lot of aid is not on target. From the fishbone analysis, it can be concluded that the distribution of BLT-Village Funds in Salamrejo Village is right on target given to poor people in need so that village funds can be felt by the community, namely the poverty level does not worsen and the community can fulfill their needs. his needs. This is supported by the statements of the receiving community who feel helped by the BLT-Village Fund and implementing officials in determining the recipients according to the criteria. The obstacles faced can be resolved properly so that they do not hinder the smooth running of the BLT-Village Fund. The influencing factors are the data collection method to the distribution of the BLT-Village Fund. The determination of KPM has been discussed in the hamlet, so that the determination of KPM is right on target. Furthermore, in the MUSKALSUS, the KPKD and PKH assistant officers were presented to match the data on recipients of assistance. Constraints The data used for data collection is that DTKS is not up-to-date. The material in the form of a village fund budget is that there is a limited budget from the government, so that not all people can get BLT-Village Fund assistance. Humans are in the form of communication or socialization, MUSKALSUS, coordination and accountability reporting. MUSKALSUS aims to ensure that in the distribution of BLT-Village Funds there are no obstacles and no problems in the community. Machine as a means of transparency so that the community can participate so that the Village Fund BLT becomes fair and on target. The Salamrejo Village Government can prepare data on poor people in the Salamrejo Village area to facilitate the distribution of social assistance. The government should regularly update the DTKS data to make it easier to distribute aid.
