Abstract

Masalah utama yang menjadi bahasan dari karya tulis ini adalah evaluasi terhadap pengadaan barang/jasa untuk pembangunan Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Temanggung dan melihat apakah terdapat kendala. Latar belakang pembangunan Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah Temanggung adalah untuk memenuhi akreditasi dari laboratorium kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan berupa wawancara dan observasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa pengadaan untuk pembangunan labkesda temanggung sudah sesuai yaitu dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pengadaan dan tahap pelaksanaan juga dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan yang mana CV. CIPTA JASA menjadi tender pemenang dalam pengadaan ini. Terdapat 2 (dua) buah kendala yaitu keterlambatan pelaporan dan bocornya saluran AC./ The main problem that is discussed in this paper is the evaluation of the procurement of goods/services for the construction of the Temanggung Regional Health Laboratory and see if there are any obstacles. The background of the development of the Temanggung Regional Health Laboratory is to fulfill the accreditation of a health laboratory. This research uses literature study and field study. Field studies in the form of interviews and observations. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study resulted in a conclusion that the procurement for the construction of the Temanggung Labkesda was appropriate, namely from the planning stage, the procurement stage and the implementation stage were also carried out in accordance with the regulations in which CV. CIPTA JASA became the winning tender in this procurement. There are 2 (two) obstacles, namely delays in reporting and leaking AC lines.
