Abstract
Perencanaan Kas Pemerintah Pusat merupakan gambaran terhadap penerimaan yang didapatkan oleh negara, belanja negara serta saldo kas negara pada periode tertentu saat penerapan APBN. RPD Harian menjadi salah satu indikator dalam penilaian IKPA suatu Satker. RPD Harian yang baik adalah RPD Harian yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku seperti PMK Nomor 197/PMK.055/2017, namun semenjak tahun 2020 terjadi penyesuaian aturan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau tingkat akurasi RPD Harian pada KPPN Pekanbaru tahun 2018-2021 serta menganalisis pemberian dispensasi RPD Harian KPPN Pekanbaru tahun 2018-202. Metode penulisan yang digunakan seperti studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah implementasi RPD Harian pada KPPN Pekanbaru selama tahun 2018 hingga 2021 menunjukkan kinerja yang semakin membaik tiap tahunnya sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dan tingkat dispensasi yang diberikan KPPN Pekanbaru kepada Satker K/L berbanding lurus dengan tingkat akurasi RPD Harian./ Central Government Cash Planning is an illustration of the revenues obtained by the state, state expenditures and the balance of state treasuries at a certain period during the implementation of the State Budget. RPD Harian is one of the indicators in the IKPA assessment of a Satker. A good RPD Harian is a RPD Harian that complies with applicable regulations such as PMK Number 197/PMK.055/2017, but since 2020 there have been adjustments to the rules due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing aims to review the accuracy of the RPD Harian at the KPPN Pekanbaru in 2018-2021 and analyze the dispensation of the KPPN Pekanbaru RPD Harian dispensation in 2018-202. The writing method used is literature study and field study. The results obtained from this study are that the implementation of the RPD Harian at the KPPN Pekanbaru during 2018 to 2021 shows an increasing increase every year in accordance with applicable regulations and the level of dispensation given by the KPPN Pekanbaru to the K/L Satker is directly proportional to the accuracy of the RPD Harian.
