Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meninjau proses pelaporan alat mesin kantor (Alsintor) dalam migrasi penggunaan Aplikasi SIMAK BMN ke Aplikasi SAKTI pada Satuan Rindam IV/Diponegoro. Alsintor merupakan bagian dari aset tetap yang dimiliki suatu kantor yang dalam penggunaannya akan dilakukan penatausahaan terkait barang tersebut. Dilakukan juga proses pelaporan agar semua data dan informasi mengenai BMN dapat disajikan dan dipastikan keakuratan datanya pada tiap semester dan tahun. Hal yang melatarbelakangi adanya keterlambatan ADK pada sistem aplikasi SIMAK BMN dapat terjadi karena prosedur pelaporan yang terbilang rumit dan melalui proses yang panjang agar data tersebut sesuai dengan data pusat serta perlu adanya rekonsiliasi data. Sehingga sebagai satuan pemakai harus menerima barang yang berasal dari pusat tersebut, meskipun barang yang berada di satuan pemakai dapat dikatakan masih layak pakai. Dengan adanya Aplikasi SAKTI yang digunakan oleh satker sebagai pengganti dari aplikasi SIMAK BMN dan persediaan yang masih offline menjadi aplikasi SAKTI yang sudah online diharapkan kendala asimetris informasi ini dapat diatasi dengan konsep SAKTI yang single database baik yang digunakan dari tingkat satker, wilayah, eselon dan kementerian melalui terbitnya PMK 171/PMK.05/2021./ This study aims to determine and review the process of reporting office machine tools (Alsintor) in migration of using SIMAK BMN application to the SAKTI application in the Rindam IV/Diponegoro Unit. Alsintor is part of the fixed assets owned by an office in which the administration of the goods will be carried out. A reporting process is also carried out so that all data and information about BMN can be presented and ensured the accuracy of the data in each semester and year.The reason behind the delay in ADK in the SIMAK BMN application because of complex and lengthy reporting procedures in order to match with central data, data reconciliation is needed. So that as a unit the user must receive goods from the center, even though the goods in the user unit can be said to be still fit for use. With the existence of SAKTI applications used by satker as subtitute of the SIMAK BMN and the inventory application that still offline into a SAKTI application that has been online so that expected asymmetric constraints this information can be overcome with the concept of SAKTI which the single database is either used from the level of satker, region, echelon dan the ministry through the publisk of PMK 171/PMK.05/2021.
