Abstract

Karya Tulis ini membahas tentang pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara berupa Asrama Polisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penggunaan, pengamanan administratif, dan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan terhadap Asrama olisi di Asrama Polisi Jagoan Resor Magelang. Data sekunder yang digunakan penulis diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan berupa analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, buku, jurnal, karya ilmiah, dan sumbersumber lainnya yang relevan. Sementara itu, pada data primer penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan pelaksanaan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam penggunaan asrama seperti penghuni menempati lebih dari satu unit asrama, praktik bayar ganti rugi pemeliharaan, dan pembangunan bangunan tambahan. Pengamanan administrative asrama telah terlaksana dengan baik, namun terdapat permasalahan yang ditemukan diantaranya yakni terbatasnya Sumber Daya Manusia dan pelaksanaan pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan tersebut juga menimbulkan kesalahan dan tidak updatenya data pencatatan. Sementara itu terkait pemeliharaan masih belum terlaksana secara meksimal terlihat dari kondisi asrama yang sebagian besar mengalami rusak ringan./ This paper discusses the management of State Property in the form of Police Dormitory. This study aims to determine the implementation of the use, administrative security, and maintenance carried out on the Police Dormitory at the Jagoan Police Dormitory, Magelang Resort. The secondary data used by the author was obtained by using the literature study method in the form of an analysis of laws and regulations, books, journals, scientific works, and other relevant sources. Meanwhile, on primary data, the author uses data collection methods in the form of interviews and conducting observations. The results of the study indicate that overall there are still several problems in the use of dormitories such as residents occupying more than one dormitory unit, the practice of paying compensation for maintenance, and the construction of additional buildings. The administrative security of the dormitory has been carried out well, but there are problems that were found including the limited Human Resources and the implementation of recording which is still done manually. This problem also causes errors and does not update the recording data. Meanwhile, regarding maintenance, it has not been implemented optimally, as can be seen from the condition of the dormitories, most of which were slightly damaged.
