Abstract
Pemerintah Republik Indonesia memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita negara yang tercantum dalam Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 alinea keempat, salah satu cara mencapai tujuan negara yakni melalui pengadaan/barang jasa pemerintah. Pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah dalam pemenuhan penyediaan barang publik perlu dipantau sehingga pengadaan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan dampak yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk mengamati pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah di Kodiklat TNI AD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemritnah di Kodiklat TNI AD dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan, melalui buku, literatur, dan sumber tertulis lainnya, dan studi lapangan, melalui wawancara dan observasi objek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengadaan barang/jasa yang dilaksanakan pada Kodiklat TNI AD telah mengikuti petunjuk dan pedoman yang terdapat pada Perpres 12 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah dan peraturan lain yang berlaku. Selain itu juga kendala yang dihadapi telah ditemukan solusinya sehingga pelaksanaan pengadaan dapat berjalan lancar./ The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has a great responsibility in achieving the goals and ideals of the state as stated in the fourth paragraph of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, one way to achieve the state's goals is through the procurement of government goods/services. Procurement of government goods/services in fulfilling the provision of public goods needs to be monitored so that the procurement carried out can provide the expected impact. This is the background of the author to observe the implementation of the procurement of government goods/services at the Army Military Command and Training Center. This study aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of the government's procurement of goods/services at the TNI AD Kodiklat with applicable regulations. The method used in this paper is a literature study method, through books, literature, and other written sources, and field studies, through interviews and object observation. Based on the results of the research on the procurement of goods/services carried out at the TNI AD Kodiklat, it has followed the instructions and guidelines contained in Presidential Decree 12 of 2021 concerning Government Procurement of Goods/Services and other applicable regulations. In addition, the problems faced have been found solutions so that the procurement implementation can run smoothly.
