Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanannya secara berkesinambungan, rumah sakit merupakan salah satu institusi yang harus menjalankan prinsip good corporate governance dan good clinical governance. Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) merupakan instansi di lingkungan Pemerintah yang dibentuk untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berupa penyediaan barang dan/atau jasa yang dijual tanpa mencari keuntungan dan dalam melakukan kegiatannya didasarkan pada prinsip efisiensi dan produktivitas. Untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan jasa, maka BLU berhak memperoleh pendapatan terkait dengan biaya yang diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk imbalan atas jasa ataupun barang yang sudah diberikan berupa tarif layanan. BLU juga berhak untuk memungut tarif biaya tersebut kepada masyarakat. Dalam menyusun tarif layanan maka dapat diperoleh dengan biaya layanan per unit. Badan Layanan Umum mempunyai prinsip untuk tidak mencari keuntungan. Oleh karena itu, dalam menentukan tarif layanan dapat disusun dari beberapa aspek penyusunan tarif./ In order to continuously improve the quality of its services, the hospital is one of the institutions that must implement the principles of good corporate governance and good clinical governance. The Public Service Agency (BLU) is an agency within the Government that was formed to provide services to the community in the form of providing goods and/or services that are sold without seeking profit and in carrying out their activities based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. To be able to provide services, BLU has the right to obtain income related to the fees given to the community in return for services or goods that have been provided in the form of service tariffs. BLU also has the right to collect these fees from the public. In compiling the service tariff, it can be obtained with a service fee per unit. The Public Service Agency has the principle of not seeking profit. Therefore, in determining service tariffs, it can be arranged from several aspects of tariff preparation.
