Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dan permasalahan Modul Penganggaran Aplikasi SAKTI di KPPN Tegal pada tahun 2019 - 2021. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Modul Penganggaran SAKTI selama tahun 2019 sampai 2021 hanya mengalami perubahan kecil, memiliki banyak kesamaan dan tidak menimbulkan permasalahan dalam implementasi Modul Penganggaran SAKTI di KPPN Tegal selama tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Persamaan Modul Penganggaran SAKTI selama tahun 2019 sampai 2021 adalah versi SAKTI WEB, fungsi, fitur, hubungan antar sistem, output dan manfaat. Perubahan Modul Penganggaran SAKTI selama tahun 2019 sampai 2021 adalah menu, peraturan dan petunjuk teknis. Pandu SAKTI, Refreshment Training, Broadcast Kantor Pusat, Video Tutorial di Youtube dan kemauan belajar operator yang membuat proses perencanaan dan penganggaran di pengelolaan keuangan negara serta impelementasi Modul Penganggaran SAKTI di KPPN Tegal berjalan dengan baik walaupun terjadi perubahan pada Modul Penganggaran SAKTI selama tahun 2019 sampai 2021./ This study aims to determine the implementation and problems of the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI at KPPN Tegal in 2019 - 2021. The research method used is library research and interviews. The results of this study show that the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI during 2019 to 2021 only underwent minor changes, had many similarities and did not cause problems in the implementation of the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI at KPPN Tegal during 2019 to 2021. The similarity of the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI during 2019 to 2021 is the SAKTI version. WEB, functions, features, relationships between systems, outputs and benefits. Changes to the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI during 2019 to 2021 are menus, regulations and technical instructions. Pandu SAKTI, Refreshment Training, Broadcast Headquarters, Video Tutorials on Youtube and willingness to learn operators who make planning and budgeting processes in state financial management as well as the implementation of the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI at KPPN Tegal went well despite changes to the Modul Penganggaran SAKTI during 2019 to 2021.
