Abstract

Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang telah diangkat sebagai Badan Layanan Umum yang memberikan pelayanan dibidang kesehatan. Dalam menjalankan proses pelayanannya, diperlukan beberapa peralatan dan mesin pendukung seperti genset, gas medis, dan lainnya. Yang mana seiring berjalannya waktu peralatan tersebut akan semakin berkurang masa manfaatnya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, digunakannya metode OEE yang mampu meningkatkan efektifitas dan produktifitas peralatan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, pada tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode OEE dapat dikatakan berhasil karena berhasil mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,63% dengan nilai pada setiap tahunnya berada diatas 70% yang mana angka ini berhasil melampaui target yang telah ditetapkan. Disamping itu, dianalisis juga terkait kelebihan serta kekurangan dari penerapan metode OEE dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Didalam analisis SWOT ini akan dijelaskan lebih dalam mengenai kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan tantangan (threats) dari penerapan metode OEE. Yang mana dapat diketahui bahwa dengan menerapkan metode OEE, mereka mampu mengurangi biaya pengeluaran yang diperlukan./ Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso is one of the hospitals that has been appointed as a Public Service Agency that provides services in the health sector. In carrying out the service process, several supporting equipment and machines are needed such as generators, medical gases, and others. Which over time the equipment will reduce its useful life. To overcome this, the OEE method is used which can increase the effectiveness and productivity of the equipment. From the results of the analysis carried out, in 2018 to 2020 it can be concluded that the application of the OEE method can be said to be successful because it managed to get an average score of 80.63% with the value every year being above 70% which this figure managed to exceed the target set. has been established. In addition, it also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of applying the OEE method using the SWOT analysis method. In this SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of the application of the OEE method will be explained. Which can be seen that by applying the OEE method, they are able to reduce the costs needed.
