Abstract
Dalam pelaksanaan program KUR, terdapat 3 (tiga) pilar yang penting yaitu : Pemerintah yang berfungsi membantu dan mendukung pelaksanaan pemberian kredit dan penjaminan kredit, Lembaga penjaminan yang bertindak selaku penjamin atas kredit/pembiayaan yang disalurkan oleh perbankan, dan perbankan sebagai penerima jaminan berfungsi menyalurkan kredit kepada UMKM dan Koperasi dengan menggunakan dana dari bank itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan penyaluran KUR Mikro pada Bank BRI Makassar, mengetahui pengaruh penyaluran KUR Mikro terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi terhadap penyaluran KUR Mikro. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode penilitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran KUR mikro sangat berpengaruh terhadap UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya khususnya dalam kinerja keuangannya. Ketiga UMKM yang diwawancarai menyatakan bahwa perbedaan pendapatan ketika sebelum dan sesudah menerima KUR mikro sangat signifikan dengan rata-rata pendapatan ketiga UMKM tersebut naik lebih dari 70%./ The implementation of the KUR program, there are 3 (three) important pillars, namely: the Government which functions to assist and support the implementation of lending and credit guarantees, the guarantee institution which acts as guarantor for credit/financing channeled by banks, and banks as recipients of guarantees function to channel credit to MSMEs and Cooperatives using funds from the bank itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism for the distribution of Micro KUR at Bank BRI Makassar, to determine the effect of Micro KUR distribution on the financial performance of MSMEs and to identify the problems faced in the distribution of Micro KUR. The method used is a quantitative research method. Collecting data through library research and field studies. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of micro KUR is very influential on MSMEs in running their business, especially in their financial performance. The three MSMEs interviewed stated that the difference in income before and after receiving micro KUR was very significant with the average income of the three MSMEs increasing by more than 70%.
