Abstract

BLT Dana Desa merupakan salah satu program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan perekonomian nasional akibat pandemi Covid-19. Hadirnya pandemi Covid-19 telah berimplikasi pada pelbagai aspek kehidupan terkhusus sektor ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme penyaluran dana desa dan efektivitasnya dalam memitigasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 bagi masyarakat di Desa Sudimoro Kecamatan Teras Kabupaten Boyolali. Pendekatan yang dilakukan ialah fenomenologi (lapangan) yakni dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terkait fenomena yang ada dalam objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BLT dana desa sudah dikelola secara baik dan efektif sesuai dengan regulasi yang ada. Mayoritas masyarakat merasa terbantu dari segi ekonomi dengan adanya BLT Dana Desa. Dalam penyaluran BLT Dana Desa, perangkat Desa Sudimoro sudah menjalankan tugas secara profesional dan transparan. Hal ini dilihat dari proses pengelolaan BLT Dana Desa sejak tahapan seleksi, verifikasi, penyaluran hingga pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban yang siatematis dan efektif./ BLT Village Fund is one of the government programs that aims to restore the national economy due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The presence of the Covid-19 Pandemic has implications for various aspects of life, especially the economic sector. This study aims to analyze the mechanism for distributing village funds and their effectiveness in mitigating the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic for the people in Sudimoro Village, Teras District, Boyolali Regency. The approach used in this research is phenomenology (field), by doing interviews, observations and documentations related to the phenomena that exist in the object of research. The results showed that BLT village funds had been managed properly and effectively in accordance with existing regulations. The majority of the people in Sudimoro felt helped from an economic perspective with the BLT Village Fund. In distributing the BLT Village Fund, the Sudimoro Village apparatus has carried out their duties professionally and transparently. This can be seen from the process of managing the Village Fund BLT from the stages of selection, verification, distribution to systematic and effective reporting and accountability.
