Abstract

Pengadaan barang dan jasa harus memperhatikan etika dan prinsip pengadaan seperti yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Presiden terkait. Maka dari itu, pemerintah dalam melakukan pengadaan harus sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden yang berlaku. PKN STAN sebagai perguruan tinggi kedinasan yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Keuangan dengan Kepala Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan yang memegang tanggung jawab atas terselenggaranya pendidikan. Salah satu upaya PKN STAN ialah menunjang fasilitas asrama mahasiswanya guna membangun karakter bagi tiap-tiap mahasiswa. Bentuk nyata upaya tersebut dengan dilaksanakannya pengadaan mesin cuci asrama bagi mahasiswa baru. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua metode yakni wawancara dan dokumen pendukung berupa surat serta lampiran terkait. Wawancara dilakukan kepada pejabat pembuat komitmen yang berkaitan langsung dengan pengadaan tersebut. Kesesuaian rangkaian tahapan pengadaan dengan petaruran yang berlaku menjadi fokus penulis dalam penelitian ini./ The procurement of goods and services must pay attention to the ethics and principles of procurement as stated in the relevant Presidential Regulation. Therefore, the government in carrying out procurement must comply with the applicable Presidential Regulation. PKN STAN is an official university under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance with the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency who is responsible for the implementation of education. One of the efforts of PKN STAN is to support its student dormitory facilities in order to build character for each student. The real form of this effort is the procurement of dormitory washing machines for new students. The method of data collection was carried out through two methods, namely interviews and supporting documents in the form of letters and related attachments. Interviews were conducted with officials who made commitments that were directly related to the procurement. The suitability of a series of procurement stages with the applicable regulations is the focus of the author in this study.
