Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus Covid-19 pada saat pandemi berlangsung berdampak pada segala sektor kehidupan terutama pada sektor kesehatan dan ekonomi.dampak ekonomi ini sangat dirasakan oleh para pelaku usaha dan juga pemerintah. Pendapatan yang diterima pemerintah mengalami penurunan yang diakibatkan perekonomian yang terdampak oleh pandemi. Salah satu dari jenis pendapatan pemerintah yaitu Pendapatan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) juga turut terkena dampak pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana dampak pandemi terhadap salah satu jenis PNBP, yaitu PNBP BLUD pada Pemerintah Daerah. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada salah satu BLUD bidang kesehatan di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kebumen menunjukkanadanya peningkatan pendapatan BLUD sebagai dampak dari pandemi./ The increase in Covid-19 cases during the pandemic has an impact on all sectors of life, especially the health sector and the economy. The income received by the government has decreased due to the economy affected by the pandemic. One of the types of government revenue, namely Non-Tax State Income (PNBP), was also affected by the pandemic. This study aims to identify how the pandemic impacts one type of PNBP, namely PNBP BLUD on Local Governments. The results of research conducted on one of the BLUDs in the health sector within the Kebumen Regency Regional Government showed an increase in BLUD income as a result of the pandemic.
