Abstract
Investasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan keuntungan di masa depan. Salah satu bentuk investasi adalah dengan instrumen saham. Investasi dengan saham memiliki risiko tinggi. Agar berinvestasi di saham menguntungkan maka perlu dilakukan suatu analisis salah satunya adalah analisis fundamental. Analisis fundamental digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai intrinsik saham kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga wajar saham untuk mengetahui apakah saham tersebut undervalued, overvalued atau correctly valued. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode discounted abnormal earning dan metode discounted free cash flow. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan seluruh informasi yang berasal dari jurnal, artikel, laporan keuangan, buku maupun literatur lain yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Asia Pasific Fibers Tbk (POLY). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode discounted abnormal earning menunjukkan bahwa saham PT Asia Pasific Fibers Tbk dicatat secara undervalued, sehingga keputusan investasi yang direkomendasikan adalah membeli saham tersebut atau menahan untuk tidak menjual saham bagi investor yang memiliki saham POLY./Investment is one way to get profit in the future. One form of investment is with stock instruments. Investing in stocks has a high risk. In order to invest in profitable stocks, it is necessary to carry out an analysis, one of which is fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is used to determine the intrinsic value of the stock then compared with the fair value of the stock to determine whether the stock is undervalued, overvalued or correctly valued. The method used is the discounted abnormal earning method and the discounted free cash flow method. This research uses a literature study method by collecting all information from journals, articles, financial reports, books and other literature relevant to the topics discussed. The object of this research is PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk (POLY). The results of the study using the discounted abnormal earning method show that the shares of PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk are recorded undervalued, so the recommended investment decision is to buy these shares or hold back from selling shares for investors who own POLY shares.
