Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan penggunaan barang milik daerah yang difokuskan dalam penetapan status penggunaan barang milik milik daerah berupa kendaraan dinas yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Kota Cimahi, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dalam praktik penetapan status penggunaan barang milik daerah berupa kendaraan dinas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui observasi secara langsung pelaksanaan penetapan status penggunaan barang milik daerah di BPKAD Kota Cimahi, data observasi tersebut dilengkapi dengan wawancara bersama pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penetapan status penggunaan barang milik daerah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Cimahi belum sepenuhnya menerapkan aturan yang berlaku terkait penetapan status penggunaan barang milik daerah. Ditemukan beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan yang belum sesuai dengan aturan dan juga ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang menjadi penghambat dalam proses penetapan status penggunaan barang milik daerah./ This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the use of regional property which is focused on determining the status of the use of regional property in the form of official vehicles owned by the Cimahi City Government, as well as identifying the problems faced by the Cimahi City Government in the practice of determining the status of the use of regional property in the form of official vehicles. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, data collected through library research and field studies. The field study was carried out through direct observation of the implementation of the determination of the status of the use of regional property at the Cimahi City BPKAD, the observation data was complemented by interviews with the parties involved in the process of determining the status of the use of regional property. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that the Cimahi City Government has not fully implemented the applicable rules regarding the determination of the status of the use of regional property. It was found that several stages of implementation were not in accordance with the rules and some problems were also found that became obstacles in the process of determining the status of the use of regional property.
