Abstract

Dalam pengelolaan dan penatausahaan persediaan, penting untuk tidak mengabaikan kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi persediaan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku agar tidak terjadi kesalahan. Sejak masuknya pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia sampai saat tulisan ini dibuat, terdapat penambahan dan perubahan pada kebijakan terkait penatausahaan persediaan pada KPPN Manado. Dalam Neraca Komparasi KPPN Manado TA 2019/2020, terdapat peningkatan saldo persediaan sebesar 668%, yakni awalnya persediaan mempunyai saldo Rp1.681.000 pada tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi Rp12.905.000 pada tahun 2020. Oleh karena itu, karya tulis ini dibuat untuk meninjau kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi persediaan di KPPN Manado terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Pada akhir penyusunan, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan KPPN Manado telah sesuai dalam menerapkan akuntansi persediaan sesuai ketentuan yang ada, namun terdapat kendala dalam pengungkapan dan juga dalam penatausahaan persediaan./ In the management and administration of inventory, it is important not to neglect the suitability of the application of inventory accounting with applicable regulations so that errors do not occur. Since the entry of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia until the time of this writing, there have been additions and changes to policies related to inventory administration at the KPPN Manado. In the Comparative Balance of KPPN Manado (2019/2020), there was an increase in inventory balance by 668%, inventory had a balance of Rp1,681,000 in 2019 increasing to Rp12,905,000 in 2020. Therefore, this paper was made with the aim of knowing and reviewing the suitability of the application of inventory accounting at KPPN Manado to the applicable regulations. The research methods used are interviews, observation, and literature study. At the end of the preparation, the authors conclude that most of the KPPN Manado are appropriate in implementing inventory accounting according to existing regulations, but there are obstacles in disclosure and also in inventory administration.
