Abstract

Tujuan dari karya tulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan dari perusahaan papan utama dalam subsektor tobacco di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020 ditinjau dari leverage, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas. Serta mencari tahu bagaimana pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan amatan. Terdapat 32 sampel yang diambil dari laporan keuangan empat perusahaan selama 8 periode dari 2013- 2020. Untuk mencari pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS v.25. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan likuiditas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sementara ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Dan secara simultan leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas objek amatan./ The purpose of this paper is to find out how the financial performance of the main board companies in the tobacco subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2020 period in terms of leverage, liquidity, company size, and profitability. And find out how leverage, liquidity, and company size influence the profitability of the observed company. There are 32 samples taken from the financial statements of four companies for 8 periods from 2013-2020. To find the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of software named SPSS v.25. The results of the analysis show that partially leverage and liquidity have no significant effect on profitability, while firm size has a significant effect on profitability. And simultaneously leverage, liquidity, and firm size have a significant effect on the profitability of the observed object.
