Abstract

Penulisan ini mengenai tinjauan atas sosialisasi pencegahan rokok tanpa pita cukai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tipe Madya Pabean (TMP) C Blitar tahun 2021. Tujuan penulisan, yaitu: (1) upaya sosialisasi pencegahan rokok tanpa pita cukai di KPPBC TMP C Blitar tahun 2021, dan (2) faktor sosialisasi pencegahan rokok tanpa pita cukai menjadi fokus utama KPPBC TMP C Blitar tahun 2021. Metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis lokasi penulisan menggunakan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Pokok-pokok isi bahasan berdasarkan pangamatan terlibat, hasil yang ditemukan sosialisasi pencegahan rokok tanpa pita cukai dari peran penyuluh mengikutsertakan pemerintah daerah menghasilkan sinergi dalam menegakkan upaya hukum. Faktor sosialisasi pencegahan rokok tanpa pita cukai menjadi fokus utama KPPBC TMP C Blitar tahun 2021 karena hasil penindakan BKC ilegal selama 2021 menunjukkan bahwa rokok tanpa pita cukai lebih banyak daripada MMEA. Ketentuan DBHCHT ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh pemerintah daerah setempat sehingga Bea Cukai Blitar bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah untuk mengadakan sosialisasi./This paper is about a review of the socialization of cigarette prevention without excise tape at the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Service (KPPBC) Middle Type Customs (TMP) C Blitar in 2021. The purpose of the writing, namely: (1) socialization efforts to prevent cigarettes without excise tape at KPPBC TMP C Blitar in 2021, and (2) socialization factors for the prevention of cigarettes without excise tape are the main focus of KPPBC TMP C Blitar in 2021. Qualitative methods for analyzing the location of writing use interviews and literature studies. The main content of the discussion based on the involvement, the results found in the socialization of cigarette prevention without excise tape from the role of extension workers to include local governments resulted in synergies in enforcing legal remedies. The socialization factor of preventing cigarettes without excise tape is the main focus of KPPBC TMP C Blitar in 2021 because the results of the illegal BKC enforcement during 2021 show that cigarettes without excise tape are more than MMEA. This DBHCHT provision has been implemented well by the local government so that the Blitar Customs cooperates with the local government to hold socialization.
