Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan kartu kredit pemerintah ditinjau dari proporsi Uang Persediaan (UP) tunai dan UP Kartu Kredit Pemerintah (KKP) sebagai alat pembayaran pada satuan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan teknis analisis menggunakan uji statistik inferensial pada data sekunder yang tersedia pada aplikasi OM-SPAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan KKP sebagai alat pembayaran non-tunai masih belum optimal. Akan tetapi, kinerja pengelolaan uang persediaan satker yang menggunakan KKP lebih baik dibandingkan satker yang tidak menggunakan KKP. Penggunaan KKP diwajibkan bagi seluruh satuan kerja pemerintah yang menerima UP yang berasal dari dana APBN. Namun, pada praktiknya masih sedikit satuan kerja yang menggunakan UP KKP sebagai alat pembayaran atas belanja operasional satker./ This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using government credit cards in terms of the proportion of cash Uang Persediaan (UP) and Kartu Kredit Pemerintah (KKP) UP as a means of payment in spending units. This study uses interview methods and technical analysis using inferential statistical tests on secondary data available in the Online Monitoring – Sistem Perbendaharaan Negara (OM-SPAN) application. The results of the study showed that the use of KKP as a non-cash payment instrument was still not optimal. However, the performance of money management of the work units inventory that uses the KKP is better than the work units that does not use the KKP. The use of KKP is mandatory for all spending units that receive UP from the APBN. However, in practice there are still a few spending units that use UP KKP as a means of payment for the operational expenditure of the work units.
