Abstract

Karya Tulis Tugas Akhir (KTTA) ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Reguler di SDN Siraman II Kabupaten Gunungkidul pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penyusunan KTTA dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan sumber rujukan dari Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Reguler serta dilengkapi dengan survei ke objek penelitian secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan survei ke objek penelitian secara langsung untuk meminta data terkait pengelolaan dana BOS Reguler dan wawancara dengan Tim BOS Reguler SDN Siraman II. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BOS Reguler di SDN Siraman II mengalami beberapa perubahan saat masa pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa kegiatan tidak bisa direalisasikan sehingga terdapat dana yang tidak digunakan. Secara keseluruhan pengelolaan dana BOS Reguler di SDN Siraman II telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, SDN Siraman II Wonosari juga tidak mengalami hambatan dalam operasional pengelolaan dana BOS Reguler di masa pandemi Covid-19. Kebutuhan sekolah dapat terpenuhi dengan baik selama masa pandemi dengan dana BOS Reguler. / This Final Project Paper (KTTA) aims to review the management of the Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund at SDN Siraman II Gunungkidul Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. The preparation of the KTTA is carried out qualitatively with a reference source from the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2021 concerning Technical Guidelines for Regular School Operational Assistance and is equipped with a survey to the object of research directly. The method used in this research is the method of literature study and field study. The field study was conducted by surveying the research object directly to request data related to the management of Regular BOS funds and interviews with the Regular BOS Team at SDN Siraman II. The results of the review show that the management of Regular BOS funds at SDN Siraman II underwent several changes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Some activities cannot be realized so there are funds that are not used. Overall, the management of Regular BOS funds at SDN Siraman II is in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, SDN Siraman II Wonosari also did not experience obstacles in the operational management of Regular BOS funds during the Covid-19 pandemic. School needs can be met properly during the pandemic with Regular BOS funds.
