Abstract

The increase in emissions due to economic activities is increasing from time to time. This causes global warming to get worse and has an impact on the sustainability of life in the universe. Therefore, innovation related to economic activities, such as a green economy, is needed. The existence of a green economy is the answer to various contradictory issues that exist in the world. The majority of economic activities are contrary to environmental conservation. The green economy provides a solution to these environmental issues. This idea contains the concept of always paying attention to natural and social sustainability in economic activities. The application of the green economy can be started from government agencies, such as the ministry of finance as the ministry that plays an important role in Indonesia's finances. The Ministry of Finance can start from the management of State Property (BMN). This review aims to determine the application of green economy principles to the Madiun KPPN Regional Work Units, namely Madiun KPPN and Madiun KPKNL. The method used in this paper is a field study method such as observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the library method. Based on the results of the review, it shows that KPPN Madiun and KPKNL Madiun in general have carried out and continue to strive for the implementation of a green economy in the management of State Property (BMN). There are several indicators that have not been met, but it turns out that after further investigation, this is due to climatic, graphic, and environmental factors whose management is not the authority of the agency. / Peningkatan emisi akibat kegiatan perekonomian semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Hal ini menyebabkan pemanasan global semakin parah dan berdampak pada keberlangsungan kehidupan alam semesta. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi terkait kegiatan ekonomi, seperti ekonomi hijau. Keberadaan ekonomi hijau menjadi jawaban atas berbagai isu kontradiktif yang ada di dunia. Mayoritas kegiatan perekonomian bertolak belakang dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Ekonomi hijau memberikan solusi atas isu lingkungan tersebut. Gagasan ini mengandung konsep untuk senantiasa memperhatikan kelestarian alam dan sosial dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Penerapan ekonomi hijau bisa dimulai dari instansi pemerintahan, seperti kementerian keuangan selaku kementerian yang memegang peran penting keuangan Indonesia. Kementerian Keuangan bisa memulainya dari pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN). Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip ekonomi hijau pada Satuan Kerja Wilayah KPPN Madiun, yaitu KPPN Madiun dan KPKNL Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya tulis ini adalah metode studi lapangan seperti observasil, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta metode kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan, menunjukan bahwa KPPN Madiun dan KPKNL Madiun secara umum telah melakukan dan terus mengupayakan penerapan ekonomi hijau pada pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN). Terdapat beberapa idikator yang belum terpenuhi, namun ternyata setelah ditelusuri lebih lanjut, hal tersebut dikarenakan faktor iklim, ografis, dan lingkungan sekitar yang pengelolaannya bukan wewenang instansi.
