Abstract

Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi SAKTI pada modul bendahara dalam penatausahaan transaksi Bendahara Pengeluaran pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Berdasarkan pengamatan atas kegiatan tinjauan modul bendahara pada aplikasi SAKTI yang telah dilakukan oleh Bendahara Pengeluaran Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, penerapan aplikasi SAKTI sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 171/PMK.05/2021 tentang pelaksanaan sistem SAKTI. Bendahara Pengeluaran pun telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik. Permasalahan yang telah dialami Bendahara Pengeluaran pada saat pelaksanaan penatausahaan pembukuan pada modul bendahara aplikasi SAKTI bukanlah permasalahan yang signifikan yang dapat berakibat fatal dan dapat diselesaikan dengan solusi yang baik./ This observation aims to determine the application of SAKTI on the treasurer module in the administration of expenditure treasurer transactions at the Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies and interviews. Based on observations on the treasurer module review activities on the SAKTI application that have been carried out by the Treasurer of Expenditures of the Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, the application of the SAKTI application is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations based on the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 171 / PMK.05 / 2021 concerning the implementation of the SAKTI system. The Treasurer of Expenditures has also performed his obligations well. The problems that have been experienced by the Treasurer of Expenditure during the implementation of bookkeeping administration in the treasurer module of the SAKTI application are not significant problems that can be fatal and can be resolved .
