Abstract

Penganggaran berbasis kinerja adalah sistem anggaran yang memprioritaskan pencapaian hasil rencana anggaran yang telah ditentukan. Tulisan ini memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan standar biaya masukan sebagai indikator dalam perencanaan terhadap hasil yang akan dicapai. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Pekanbaru merupakan objek pada tulisan ini. Tujuan dari karya tulis ini adalah untuk meninjau penerapan standar biaya masukan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Pekanbaru dan mengetahui kendala atau masalah yang dihadapi dalam penyusunan kertas kerja RKA-K/L. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan kaya tulis ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Dalam praktiknya, Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Pekanbaru sudah menerapkan standar biaya masukan secara keseluruhan dengan sangat baik, tetapi ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh kantor imigrasi dalam penyusunan kertas kerja RKA-K/L. Sehingga terdapat kesalahan dalam penggunaan standar biaya masukan. Sebagai kantor pelayanan masyarakat, perlu adanya evaluasi dan perbaikan pada penyusunan dokumen kertas kerja RKA-K/L Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Pekanbaru. / Performance-based budgeting is a budget system that prioritizes achieving the results of a predetermined budget plan. This paper provides an overview of the application of input cost standards as an indicator in planning for the results to be achieved. The Class I Immigration Office of TPI Pekanbaru is the object of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to review the application of input fee standards at the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Pekanbaru and find out the obstacles or problems faced in the preparation of the RKA-K/L working paper. The methods used in writing this paper are literature studies and field studies. In practice, the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Pekanbaru has implemented the overall input fee standard very well, but there are some obstacles faced by the immigration office in the preparation of the RKA-K/L working paper. So there is an error in the use of the input fee standard. As a community service office, there is a need for evaluation and improvement in the preparation of the RKA-K/L working paper document of the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Pekanbaru.
