Abstract
Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sebuah sistem yang mengumpulkan, menyimpan serta mengolah data keuangan dan akuntansi yang digunakan oleh pengambil keputusan. Sistem informasi akuntansi meliputi berbagai siklus keuangan salah satunya adalah siklus pengeluaran. Pengeluaran merupakan aktivitas yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kehidupan sehari-hari, baik oleh individu maupun perusahaan atau organisasi. Pengeluaran sebagaimana dimaksud berkaitan dengan pengeluaran kas atau pembayaran barang dan/atau jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Era Society menuntut masyarakat untuk mengikuti transformasi digital yang pesat. Salah satu aspek digitalisasi adalah buku, sekarang buku bisa diperjual-belikan dalam bentuk soft file sehingga akan berpengaruh pada siklus pengeluaran dari perusahaan penerbit buku. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan studi literatur, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa prosedur operasional siklus pengeluaran objek penelitian merupakan prosedur pencairan dana atau disebut uang muka kerja, dokumen- dokumen yang digunakan sudah lengkap dan sesuai dengan landasan teori, serta pengendalian internal siklus pengeluarannya terlalu terpusat pada bagian keuangan perusahaan./ An accounting information system is a system that collects, stores, and processes financial and accounting data used by decision-makers. Accounting information systems cover various financial cycles, one of which is the expenditure cycle. Expenditure is an activity that cannot be separated from everyday life, both by individuals and companies or organizations. The expenditures referred to are related to cash disbursements or payments for goods and/or services to meet needs. The Era of Society demands that people follow the rapid digital transformation. One aspect of digitization is a book, now books can be traded in soft file form which will affect the expenditure cycle of book publishing companies. Based on the results of observations and literature studies, the authors can conclude that the operational procedures for the expenditure cycle of the object of research are procedures for disbursing funds or called work advances, and the documents used are complete and following the theoretical basis, and the internal control of the expenditure cycle is too centered on the finance department. company.
