Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui narasi yang terjadi apabila analisis SWOT digunakan dalam perencanaan strategi pengawasan barang kena cukai (BKC) hasil tembakau (HT) ilegal di KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa. Melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi dalam pengawasan peredaran BKC HT ilegal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan analisis SWOT dapat membantu KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mengurangi peredaran BKC HT ilegal. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan terhadap peredaran BKC HT ilegal, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang harus diperhatikan dalam perencanaan strategi pengawasan BKC HT ilegal oleh KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa. This study aims to understand the narrative that occurs when SWOT analysis is used in planning the supervision strategy of illegal excise goods from tobacco products at KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa. Through the SWOT analysis approach, this study evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced in the supervision of the circulation of illegal excise goods from tobacco products. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of SWOT analysis can help KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa in designing more effective and efficient strategies to reduce the circulation of illegal excise goods from tobacco products. This study also provides strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of supervision of the circulation of illegal excise goods from tobacco products, as well as identifies key factors that must be considered in planning the supervision strategy of illegal excise goods from tobacco products by KPPBC TMP C Sumbawa.
