Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur berupa bendungan merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) yang sedang dijalankan oleh pemerintah saat ini di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Kebijakan pemerintah berupa investasi pada infrastruktur tersebut perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui dampak yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sosial dan dampak ekonomi pembangunan Bendungan Randugunting yang berada di Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan analisis Input-Output dan kualitatif melalui wawancara untuk mengetahui dampak ekonomi dan dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan. Dampak ekonomi yang timbul terdiri dari dampak langsung (penciptaan tenaga kerja sektor konstruki), dampak tidak langsung (penciptaan tenaga kerja sektor selain konstruksi, perubahan total permintaan akhir, dan multiplier effect), serta dampak terimbas (peningkatan pendapatan dan peluang usaha baru). Selain itu, dampak sosial yang terjadi adalah terciptanya sistem politik yang baik berupa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan, perubahan pola pikir masyarakat yang semakin terbuka dan berorientasi ke depan, serta hak pribadi masyarakat terpenuhi karena tidak terjadi konflik sosial antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Infrastructure development in the form of dams is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN) currently being implemented by the government in various regions of Indonesia. Government policies in the form of investment in infrastructure need to be analyzed to determine the impacts that occur. This research aims to determine the social and economic impacts of the construction of the Randugunting Dam in Blora Regency. This research uses quantitative methods using Input-Output analysis and qualitative through interviews to determine the economic and social impacts caused. The economic impacts that arise consist of direct impacts (creation of workers in the construction sector), indirect impacts (creation of workers in sectors other than construction, changes in total final demand, and multiplier effects), as well as induced impacts (increased income and new business opportunities). Apart from that, the social impact that occurs is the creation of a good political system in the form of community participation in development, changes in people's mindsets which are increasingly open and future-oriented, and people's personal rights are fulfilled because there is no social conflict between the government and the community.
