Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkiraan dampak pengeluaran pemerintah dan pengeluaran pengunjung pada penyelenggaran Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) G20 2022 terhadap perekonomian Provinsi Bali dan daerah-daerah lainnya di Indonesia. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain data dan publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik, Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE), laporan kinerja kementerian/lembaga, dan lain-lain selama tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan acara. Penulis menggunakan tabel IRIO yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik untuk mengetahui nilai dampak output pada 17 sektor ekonomi di 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Model IRIO digunakan untuk melihat struktur input antara dan permintaan antara, pengganda output, struktur shock ekonomi, serta estimasi dampak ekonomi langsung dan tidak langsung. Perkiraan total dampak output yang dihasilkan terhadap Provinsi Bali sebagai daerah penyelenggara mencapai Rp4,69 triliun dan bagi daerah-daerah nonpenyelenggara mencapai Rp825,25 miliar. Sektor konstruksi dan sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum adalah dua sektor ekonomi paling terpengaruh dengan total dampak output mencapai Rp1,44 triliun dan Rp865,68 miliar. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia telah berhasil menyelenggarakan KTT G20 2022 sebab dampak ekonomi yang dihasilkan melampaui biaya yang dikeluarkan pemerintah dan pengunjung. This research aims to determine the estimated impact of government spending and visitor spending on holding the 2022 G20 Summit on the economy of Bali Province and other regions in Indonesia. Secondary data used in this research include other data and publications from Badan Pusat Statistik, Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE), ministry/institution performance reports, etc. during the preparation and implementation stages of the event. The author uses the IRIO table issued by Badan Pusat Statistik to determine the value of the output impact on 17 economic sectors in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The IRIO model is used to view the structure of intermediate inputs and intermediate demand, output multipliers, the structure of economic shocks, as well as estimates of direct and indirect economic impacts. The estimated total output impact for Bali Province as the organizing region reaches IDR 4.69 trillion and for non-organizing regions it reaches IDR 825.25 billion. The construction sector and the accommodation and food-drink provision sector are the two economic sectors most affected with a total output impact reaching IDR 1.44 trillion and IDR 865.68 billion. Overall, it can be concluded that the Indonesian Government has succeeded in holding the 2022 G20 Summit because the resulting economic impact exceeds the costs incurred by the government and visitors.
